10 things that I believe everyone should do daily to make their life better.
- Do 15-20 minutes (minimum) of physical activity daily. It can be any form of exercise. If you are an early riser, you can go for morning walk, do few squats, jumping jacks and rope skipping. Avoid using vehicles to go to work, walk if you can. Do not sit in one position for more than 1 hour. You can go down and climb up your office stairs in intervals, do some stretches while you are at office……..
- Drink 8-10 glass of water everyday. Water helps you loose weight plus it flushes out body toxins and keeps your skin glowing.
- Meditate/breathe for 6-7 minutes. If you get time in the morning try to meditate for at least 5 minutes. If you do not get enough time in morning you can do breathing exercise even at work.
- Eat healthy. Say no to junk food. Junk food makes you lazy and makes you feel bloated. Eat green vegetables and include proteins in your diet.
- Call your parents at least once a day. Ask them what they are having in for breakfast or lunch. Make them feel special and let them know that you care for their small daily habits. Have Skype chat with your parents once or twice a week and make them feel you are not so far from home.
- Help someone. Help at least one person in a day or make someone happy. It will make you a good person.
- Laugh out loud for at least 10 minutes a day. Find yourself companions that make you laugh. Laugh at your mistakes or laugh when you are stressed it will dissipate the negative energy in you.
- Get off the internet and talk to people around you. Try to spend time with your loved and dear ones. Instead of talking over social sites, spend some real moments with people you care. Do not be fascinated or overwhelmed with your fame in virtual world. It is temporary and will end eventually.
- Thank the supreme. Thank god for giving you a healthy day today.
- Love what you do and do what you love. Whatever you are doing right now is amazing. Start loving your job and start bringing creativity in things you are doing. Stop procrastinating and start doing without pondering over much.
